This Kugel Fischer pump was bought new with an RSR reproduction slide Valve system from Andial that they use to sell as a complete kit. We installed this on a 2.8 RSR type long block with S cams as it was for a street car. By the time we were finished with the engine and ready for the dyno we was able to source an original Bosch RSR 2.8 injection pump that we ended up changing on the dyno, we ran both pumps to see the comparisons back to back then left the RSR pump on for good as it looked more vintage and would be more drivable on the street. The Bosch pump ran better on the lower end and gave up some power up top, the Kugel ran harder on top and in the mid range as was kind of expected as it was for a 3.0 or larger engine.
